Our system gave out this morning. Called Comfort Boys service company. Luis came within the hour and diagnosed our problem. We told him we had previous problems and he gave us an estimate on a new unit. We called around for other estimates and this company has the best deals. Update: Â The company immediately reached out to me and made every effort to correct anything that I was displeased with. Â I have to say that I do have respect for anyone who will not just make excuses, but will step up and admit that there were misunderstandings on both sides and correct any issues or concerns that were unresolved. Wow, I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE having this company do any work for me. Â First, let me say that the young technicians who came to my house to do the work were very nice and professional. Â However, the company appears to have some real problems beyond that. Â I was charged an outrageous amount of $$$$ to have my vents and ac coils cleaned in a very small older home. Â The cleaning job consisted of spraying a can of coil cleaner on the a/c coils and spraying/fogging the vent system with some kind of product that claims to kill bacteria and more, taking less than one hour. Â NO removal of dust or outlet registers being cleaned. I was told that this is not a part of their vent cleaning service!!! Â When I removed the registers after techs left they were full of dust and mold. Â I spent hours vacuuming around the edges where taken down and then bleaching and cleaning the registers themselves. Â When I requested that the technicians vacuum up around the bottom area of the A/C base area, they told me that they did not have a vacuum cleaner. Â UNBELIEVABLE!!! Â Never heard of cleaning a house by just spraying bleach on all the dirt and dust but just leaving it there??????? Unfortunately, I felt very taken advantage of and would never ever use this company again or recommend them to anyone else!! More...

Great company, during the winter storm my a/c stopped working so I called several companies and now of them we're able to come to my home. Then I found Comfort Boys as my last chance to have some heat during that harsh time, I called them and a friendly staff answered the phone and set me an appointment for the very same day. I was surprised when the Owner came to diagnose my system and get everything running fine. With no doubt I recommend Comfort Boys to solve your A/C problems. More...
