I bought a living room set ,king size bedroom set and a dinette set from Comeaux and Kelly Walsh was my personal sales person on top they sent me wonderful delivery menu couldn’t ask for none better than Chad,Terrance,and Derrick I feel like I been knowing these guys I hope everyone get the experience I had with my sales person and my delivery ppl if I order anything else in the future I hope I get the same people they are wonderful

It was such a pleasure to buy our new sectional from Cecelia at Comeauxs . Great prices. I was very worried about buying an off white sectional but we purchased the Guardsmen protection plan. We have 2 cats and one threw up in sofa. So filled out paperwork and called Guardsmen. They came out and cleaned it beautifully can’t even tell it was there. What an amazing experience! Kelly was a great help in the store. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and she knew exactly which furniture to show me. The delivery process was quick to schedule and I received a call the day before my delivery date to confirm my appointment. Chadd and Aaron delivered my furniture and what great guys! They both were very professional and nice. My first sofa had a small hole in the fabric from the manufacturer. Aaron made a quick call to the store and came back with a new one that is in perfect condition. I felt bad that they had to bring the first sofa all the way in and then remove it. The gentlemen didn't even bat an eye and were very apologetic. This company truly knows what customer service is all about. this experience will surely have me coming back in again! Current as purchased in the last 30 days, no. However, I have purchased in the past and Queen was my salesperson. I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything. Queen as well as the delivery staff treated me fairly! Almost like we were family...as if I truly mattered. When my bedroom set was delivered, the delivery guys were determined to get my set in my room. I was greatly pleased! Whenever a problem arised it was handled fast and efficient. Bought 3 rooms full of furniture from Cecilia at the Metairie store. She was incredibly helpful and professional. Honest and thorough, she addressed every question we had. Arranged delivery within 3 days. On delivery day, Buddy and Mario arrived in pouring rain. Despite that, they were careful and courteous with bringing the furniture in and keeping the water out. Miss Elizabeth AKA Queen was awesome. She introduced herself Upon Us entering the store which we have not been there since the remodel. We told her our circumstances far as remodeling our home we told her what we wanted she brought us to it. She gave me some awesome suggestions on decorating and offered to come by or have me call her whenever I had a question. We are so excited we did purchase a living room set and have intentions on purchasing appliances where time in the Appliance Department was very helpful also.
