Genoviese and Columbia Events and Rentals did an absolute amazinging job helping us plan and arrange the rental of anything and everything we needed to have an amazing outdoor wedding. When she was done with her setup and special touches I was awestruck. I could not believe that she transformed our family vacation home into this romantic outdoor fairy tale. Many of our guests called it "magical, enchanting, beautiful" and many more one word descriptions. This was a destination wedding 3 hours from our home and so you would think this would add stress to the wedding prep but not with Genovese on your team. She was wonderful about being available for questions and advice. Genovese even made the hour trip from her office in Lake City to our vacation home on one of the weekends we were there, so she could see what we were working with. I liked her from the first phone call but when I met with her at our vacation home, where the wedding would be held, I then valued her. She was very professional and she listened and added suggestions when needed. Genovese was crucial to our wedding planning. She started out as our professional Event Planner and Rental company and ended up more like a good friend or even family. For those that haven't worked with Genovese, you are doing yourself a huge disservice. Whether you have a "small" event or a large one, you will be treated with the same level of professionalism as if you were the only client. She is the first one at the venue and the last one there making sure that everything is going according to plan. If she needs to get crane to place curtains from a 20 foot ceiling or set a 100 foot long table, as long as it will enhance the experience, it will be done. Before going anywhere else, look no further than Columbia Events and Rentals, you will be glad that you did. More...

We have been through numerous birthday celebrations and gen was always there to make them all amazing! She deffenitely has talent & is so much fun to work with! Our wedding venue needed a lot of dressing up and she went above and beyond to make every little detail amazingly beautiful!! She spent countless hours on the phone & in person trying to find things that would "work" for what we wanted and never once complained about how unorganized I was! To be honest it was her kind words & "swift kick in my rear" that got me in gear to bring all this together! I can't express enough how willing she was to do what she had to do so that our day would be what we wanted and MORE! She was huge part of this day and we will forever provide her with our business!!
