What do you love most about your job?
I love being a business owner. Being able to make decisions that will help my clients without having to get approval from someone else.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working from home doing medical billing. The company did away with their remote billing. I loved the time I had worked from home and decided that I wanted to follow that path.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients take priority in my business. I want to help them in every possible way. I will always try to give more than I take. I love building relationship with them. Seeing them year after year is something that I really look forward to.

Yes we can. We have secure, encrypted portals that we can exchange information back and forth with our clients. We also use Zoom meetings for needed meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For our walk-in clients, we have requested that only one client enters the office at the time. We also wear our protective mask and have a clear desk shield between us and the client. After each client is done, my assistant will wipe down door knobs, the desk and any other area the client may have touched. She then sprays disinfectant spray on the chairs that the previous client sat in before seating the new client.
Bookkeeping Services
Our firm will provide Timely, efficient bookkeeping services. We specializes in local or virtual bookkeeping for small businesses such as beauty and/or barber shops, construction, e-commerce, landscaping, restaurants, truck drivers, etc. Computerized accounts are prepared, saved and presented for client review on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis. We support QuickBooks and Drake Accounting sodtware systems.
Payroll Services
Our firm offers payroll services for business clients. Services include: Set up and maintenance of all records, time card tabulations, withholdings of tax and benefit contributions, Federal and State tax filings, issuance of checks and preparation of all W-2's and 1099 forms.
Financial Statements
Financial Statement preparation for small business clients is a long-standing service of this firm. Depending on the client's needs, monthly, quarterly and/or year-end balance sheet and detailed operating statements can be prepared and analyzed. The state-of-the-art accounting software used in our office can provide helpful comparisons and calculations for effective, practical business analysis.
Individual Tax Returns
A core specialty is the preparation of tax returns for individual taxpayers. Over the years literally 1000's of Federal and State returns have been prepared and filed. Every tax return is covered with our Protection Plus Program.
