This place was very Surprising. Not a lot to look at when you're walking up to the place but, the minute you walk in great atmosphere quite and inviting for a date night with ur wife or whatever great food, the service was top notch. This is the second time we have dined here, the first time was in March. I love Italian food and the spaghetti and meatballs were very good the sauce has lots of flavor and is not sweet. The chicken piccata was just plain sad. I think our order had sat under the lamp for a bit the piccata sauce was set and appeared to have corn starch it was more like gravy. I was skeptical of coming here because of the reviews on here but I am glad I did. Every dish we had did not disappoint and the service was great. Guys, I came back. I said I wouldn't based off my service from last time. I walked in at 8:40 and the moment I got there they waiter told me I had 5 minutes to place my order for drinks, including wine. Dessert and entree before anything else because they were closing. They brought our salads and within 4 minutes brought our entree. while trying to enjoy the dinner we were starting to feel rushed with to go boxes, etc. My friend had a calzone in her mouth and the waiter asked if she was done and my friend literally had to take her last bite in the air. Same for myself and my friend. They brought our desserts and within a minute he asked if our check was together or separate. We told him separate, while at the table I asked him if he would give me 5 more minutes with my wine and he said it would be best if I chugged it. Nobody chugs wine! Bottom line is it's not worth it. We had appetizers, entree, drinks and dessert all within 45 minutes. 45 minutes dinner with everything included is ridiculous. I have my meatball in my throat and it's not cool that our bill was almost $200 to be so rushed. Never ever ever going back. For real this time. More...

This place is so underrated, great environment great staff great drinks, Melanie and Mitsha made me and my party feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this place if you want to step outside of a chain restaurant and feel glamorous this is the spot to do so. If only Jo were as considerate and polite to me in person as she is in her response to my review, I would take her reply at face value. Jo ceeould hardly be bothered with us when we were spending our money in her restaurant. As stated in my review - she blamed us for not ordering sooner even though we were there 35 minutes before the kitchen closed and the restaurant seated us - it is not our fault the server didn't greet us or take our order until 20 minutes after we sat down. I won't return to this restaurant even though I liked the food because owner shows contempt for her customers and it is clearly more important to her to get home then to offer gracious service to her customers - turning on the lights when you still have 3 tables that haven't finished their meals is rude and there is really no excuse. Good Food. Problematic Service. We arrived at 7:25 knowing the kitchen closes at 8:00. We waited 5 minutes for a table and were not greeted by our server until 7:50 - we were ready and placed our full order. It took a while to get our drinks and we had to ask a different server for bread. During the meal we asked for an additional side of pasta with butter for our kid and the server returned to tell us the kitchen was closed and couldn't make a side of pasta- we asked for more bread instead and we're told they couldn't do that either - asked to speak to the manager who blamed us for arriving late and then said we could have more bread which took another 10 mins. No one apologized or asked how the food was. The food was really good. With 3 tables still sitting in the restaurant they turned the lights on bright to let us know we were no longer welcome. Colletis has been great in the past. Today I went for a nice lunch with my wife, and was sadly disappointed. We were going to split a pizza. Prices are up, split a pizza adds 3.50 to the bill. Ok, I get it but....My water glass had lip stick. Then we waited 30 minutes for our pizza and it was burned (we sent it back. All together we were there almost an hour before we even got edible food). We got a sorry, but no discount on food or anything. Sadly, I think eating out is not what it I used to be. Reserved for a party of 40 three weeks in advance. The restaurant ran out of steaks after they were ordered and the food took 2 and a half hours to come out. The owner of the restaurant argued with our party and gave us excuses of why the food wasn’t out. I've never been at Colletti's and had a bad experience both with food and the service! Great place to have a nice dinner and the food is always great. From Chicken Marsala to appetizers and the brick oven pizza, everything is always great! Many people unfortunately release and vent their frustrations on local family owned businesses, and this place has never disappointed me both food and service wise! Yes! I do recommend it! More...
