I currently compete in the Highland games (Scottish throwing events), run a youth track club in the afternoons and personal train throughout the mornings working with individuals or instructing classes. I have experience working with clients from a young age to teach introduction to working out all the way to sports performance training and working with clients who require specific focus on their unique requests for training. I love what I do and I enjoy educating my clients as I train them!

Strength Building
As a competitor, I have been into strength building for 10+ years! I enjoy the feeling of being able to confidently lift an object that the average person things its "too heavy", haha! If you are interested, I will teach you the methods and steps I had to take over the years to be where I am today!
