They catered a luncheon event I was in charge of , I was looking at different places to handle our needs and within a few minutes of sending my email through their website. .. Brian called me and won my business! Then working with Kait was perfect from the get go . She was prompt, helpful with choosing our food selections and made the entire experience a delightful one ! I had dinner with some friends tonight and it was wonderful. The food is always outstanding, but this evening we had the greatest waiter. His name was Trey C. I was just so impressed with his knowledge and the way he treated his customers for being such a young fellow. You don’t see a lot of that these days with young people. I would highly recommend Coley’s American Bistro and when the host ask how many in your party, I recommend you ask to sit in Trey’s section! More...

5-Stars Once again luncheon dining at Coley’s is punctuated by excellent service in what can be a busy hot spot! To be sure, Server, “Matthew M. ” did not disappoint. I always enjoy Coley’s! The Red Sangrias are my favorite in Columbia!! Our food was delish and the service was fantastic! Our 15 year old son couldn’t get over how his water glass was never empty !! He even drank it down fat to see how long it took to refill.....2 minutes! That’s pretty sweet compared to a few other downtown establishments. We’ll be back soon! More...

This was the 2nd time for my daughter and I, and it was an exceptional experience both times! I had the Hoisin Pork Chop once again, and my daughter had the Salmon Salad for the 2nd time! We both had the Moscow Apple Mule...best drink ever! We went there on St. Pat's day...last Saturday, also Mom's Wknd for her sorority! Just got done eating here and it was wonderful! I started with a Brown Eyed Girl and this cocktail was AMAZING!!! We ordered the beer cheese appetizer which was very good with the soft pretzels. We asked our server for suggestions and she was super helpful and very nice. I took her advice and got the salmon and it was perfection and such a large portion!! It was our first time to be in Conley's today, and had the pleasure of meeting Owner Brian Coley. He was very knowledgeable and comfortable to visit with about his restaurant. We enjoyed the Classic Burger, Shoestring Fries, and a soft drink. The burger was superb! Juicy, and prepared just as we asked it to be. The toppings were fresh and colorful, and the caramelized onions were perfect. Both of us noted the quality of the bun and how well it supported the substantial meat and toppings without falling apart! The Shoestring Fries were seasoned nicely and warm. The portion may have been a bit larger, but was offset by the taste. The food order was plated in a way to showcase the food, and not overwhelm the diner...just right! Lastly, the server was pleasant and informed. Only one caution I offer to Mr. Coley is the chairs lined up against the wall at the entrance. It was difficult to see them given the lighting, whether entering from outside with bright sunlight or upon exiting from the subdued lighting of the restaurant to the bright light outside. It was close quarters and a bit crowded. The look and feel of this established restaurant was a neighborhood bar and eatery. Not too large, not too small...just right where everyone just might know your name! We will definitely be back to enjoy other men items and the extensive bar menu! -Randall Kilgore More...
