Beyond being an excellent attorney, Abe was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. First, the consultation was entirely free and we went through the pricing structure for all of the legal services in advance. Abe sat with me to determine the best way to protect my company name and logo with trademarks.  On the spot, Abe performed a trademark search so I could get a better sense of how names are protected which was a very cool experience! He also gave me some great advice on partnership agreements and how to structure equity splits within the company. Abe and his group are extremely knowledgable, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Three things that are indeed hard to come by. The initial consultation was entirely free and never felt rushed. The entire fee structure was explained upfront in a very clear way. I have dealt with consultants and attorneys in the past that always had hidden costs lying somewhere.
