I think I may have found my new place for breakfast/ brunch on Sundays. They offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as quiche for breakfast. Very clean inside and plenty of seats outside for dining and relaxing. The service is great but may take a little while to get, mind you it was pretty busy when I went but no complaints. Great place for breakfast. There is a little something for everyone on the menu. The food portions are perfect. You won't leave feeling hungry, but you won't be too full either. I ordered the loaded oatmeal which has tons of fresh fruit and pecans in it served with a side of brown sugar. The coffee is delicious. They also serve breakfast cocktails like mimosas. I LOVE this place! 6/5. The quaint decor and superb service was enough but the delicious mimosas and scrumptious ‘French toast casserole’ really puts it over the top! I felt as if I was sitting in a dining room with my Family cooking. The server was delightful also. A quiet, calm demeanor and big smile started the day off perfectly. My wife and I have lived in Mount Dora for 5 years now and never knew about Cody's On 4th. We decided to try breakfast there today and we were so impressed by the simplicity of the cafe! They had very polite and attentive staff. The food was amazingly hot and fresh! I had the Carlas Hangover breakfast and my wife had the BLT. After we ordered we saw the Quiche of the Days and so we had to try the Greek Quiche! All I can say is DELICIOUS DELICIOUS DELICIOUS! The only downside is when we had to leave!
