Staff was very responsive and professional. The apartment was up to date and of sturdy construction. Walls were thick and i never heard neighbors. Plenty of parking and the gym/rec area was well above average for a rental property. I only had two problems while I was there: 1) my car was broken into and 2) some of the seedier tenants were throwing a party and they pulled the fire alarm when the cops came and forced everyone outside around midnight for about an hour while the authorities cleared every unit More...

Crystal in the realty office at this apartment is phenomenal! I was moving here from Northern VA and she has gone above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly and was super accommodating even when I had random questions and requests, etc. I can't speak for the other employees and facilities yet, but as for now she left great impression for this apartment as a whole! This 8 story apartment building is in a Great location. Scott’s addition is a lively area that includes many businesses, coffee shops, and several breweries and restaurants. There is a Crunch fitness on the first floor of thE apartment building. This building is located along the bus line. It is Right beside the highway. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings are available on this building. There is a resident lounge with table games and TVs.
