Amazing little cafe with excellent customer service. Enjoyed the day antiquing and stopping here for lunch. The sandwiches were cooked perfectly and the home fries and "special sauce" were amazing!

First time ordering through grub hub. I ordered a chicken noodle soup, a combo plate of rice beans and roasted chicken as well as a potato ball. 40 mins later the food comes in and it's missing the chicken noodle soup and my beans. I call my grub hub driver and she tells me they weren't serving soup that day. I am extremely frustrated that nobody called me or warned me that items would be missing. My boyfriend ordered and paid for my food so I had him call Cocos Cafe to see if he would be refunded. The man on the phone said yes. So far nothing's happened yet - no apology no nothing. I wanted a solution for missing beans since everything seemed to miss a mark but the person on the phone was absolutely no help. He claimed he'd call his boss so that we'd have a solution and I've received no call back to fix this. I had to have dry rice with my food and a cold potato ball. I wish everything about this meal was as good as the chicken I ate but it wasn't. I'm pissed. I want a refund for my chicken soup that I never got and I want answers as to why I couldn't have a call beforehand regarding my beans and soup being missing ): UPDATE: I got a call back! A man named Angel spoke with me and told me I could either pick up a soup today or pick it up any other day. So - am I happy about that yes. I am not sure if I'm getting a refund - I hope I do. The tripleta is amazing, mangu is perfectly blended, not dry. I’ll be coming back for dinner later this week. Maybe I’ll try some Moro (yellow rice) with their famous pernil, everyone raves about!

I ordered the nachos supreme and the midnight sub. The fries that came with the sub were soggy. The nachos came with what tasted like marinara sauce and the meat was pork, I ordered beef. Nachos didn't have much, I had to add with whatever I had in the house. Such as sour cream and some actual salsa. Waiting for someone in the building next door to come down and wow! I'm glad I found this place! Didn't know what I was walking into. There was a lot to pick from and the smell was so good inside . I had to drive back to boston so I grabbed something quick and it was a couple Pastelitos! The pizza Pastelitos was so fresh I wish I grab some more for the family! The freshly squeezed lemonade was amazing! I really wanted to try pernil and the owners were amazing enough to surprise me with some to go and mark my words I will be back ASAP for that pernil! I love cocos cafe! ❤️ I had rice with beans and chicken and let me say, it was some of the best chicken I’ve ever had, genuinely. It was SO moist, the seasoning was on point, and it made my day to have such a good lunch. They’re telling the truth when they say the secret ingredient is love! Everything is made with love and you can tell. The owners are some of the best people I’ve ever met, super down to earth and sweet! Best food ever, quality and quantity and her prices were just awesome. I order fof my grand daughter's 1st Birthday/ Baptism. The service I received from Coco and Angel was above and upon, especially with the bad weather we had they offered to deliver the food platters to the hall.
