From the Valet service, to 3 different waitresses saying I will by right with you when we walked in, to the amazing food, and to tip it all off one of the best servers I have encountered in a long time Alycia who explained the specials, deserts and even recommended an ice cream store down the street. Came here for dinner while on vacation, and the food was very mediocre. Insanely expensive for how subpar the food was. I’ve had better shrimp from a gas station in Ohio. Half the order was either wrong or brought out late or whatever. The wait after we ordered was extremely long. The waiter was friendly but oddly pushy, and the drinks were tiny comparably to other places. With the excuse that the cups were bigger which was incorrect. The valet was epic though. I went here for lunch. I ordered Blackened Grouper. They brought me grilled grouper and I told them that I ordered it blackened. All they did was go back to the kitchen. Sprinkle seasoning on it and brought it back to me. There was seasoning all over the plate. I asked for a manager just to get a new piece at that point. He completely denied that they did that. Was half way rude to us. I am extremely disappointed as Coconut Jacks has been one of our favorite places. We won’t be back for awhile. More...

the best part about this place is the world's greatest valet crew. Best I've ever seen. As for the food? My first time going there and the shrimp ceviche was chopped up shrimp in cold cocktail sauce. That is not ceviche sorry. I then had the stuffed grouper. Supposedly the best item on the menu. It was a flat piece of microwaved fish with maybe 1oz of "crab meat" with rice scattered around it. Went to eat at coconut Jack's for the first time. the atmosphere was great. the food was the best. loved eating outside watching the fish. Bought your dipping sUce which i loved. unfortunately the TSA agent at the airport took it from my carry on bag for being 0.7 ounces over the limit. Guess I'll have to fly back in and get some more. great experience..

Great place for great food! You definitely want to go early to avoid a long wait to get in to the parking lot. A little patience will go a very long way.

They have mandatory valet parking, and your entire party needs to be in the building before you can be seated.

Our server was awesome this evening too!

I had grilled shrimp, grouper, and scallops for dinner this evening and it was delicious. I also had a cup of New England clam chowder. The flavor was awesome and I enjoyed it but I would have liked to have had more “Meat” in it. I would definitely get it again though.
