Been to their food truck so we tried coming here during the snow storm where everybody else was closed for lunch. Nice that they were open & they had a lil crowd in line. Waited a while since only 1 worker was in front.  Good amount of options but most were way more than I'd pay for a bagel sandwich. We got the grilled cheese & soup, 2 bagels w/ eggs & cheese plus fries. We added tomato but the server forgot and it took quite a while for her to come back. The fries were so small we had to ask if we got the wrong size. Plus she forgot our BBQ sauce & brought us ketchup instead.  Flavor was fine but a bit steep for the portions. Doubt I'd go back. Cute place to hang outAfter wanting to visit the location for years I finally made it! The shop was so cute and great for a laid back lunch. They have a room with a couch and chairs. A hanging chair in the main room and fun wall murals. Lots of seating options to choose from. You order your food at the counter and then they bring it to your table. Great spot! I was finally in the area to try it and popped in for a breakfast bagel. The interior of cockys is super cute and more spacious than I would expect from the outside. I got the grilled cheese bagel- it was beyond amazing!  Definitely will go back.  They even have vegan options.  I also got the tomato soup with my grilled cheese- it tasted like Campbell's and for $3 more the small bowl was only half filled not worth it - I could have just bought a can an would have been cheaper and of course a lot more.  (See pic for actual amount I received)- so I would skip the soup- but the bagels are definitely delicious and this is a must try place for quick lunch or breakfast!!! Hung over? Eat cockys. Craving bagels or a sandwich? Eat cockys. They have an amazing vegan menu and I find myself here a few times a month. The quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff, and the inside is very clean and you can tell they take pride in it being a comfortable place for you to eat and chill. So good and worth calling home about! The family and I stopped here after a unwarranted "sleepover" at the airport, and I am so glad I trusted the reviews and satisfied our hunger here! First of all, they have so many options/combos and they are very vegan and vegetarian friendly. They literally have something for everyone and the food is delicious! If you have to question whether or not to get the Cocky sauce, just get it; it so good! They make a vegan version (vegan Mayo with siracha) and it adds a little kick to your sandwich/ bagel without too much heat. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. The woman behind the register was able to help me pick the perfect combo and had no problem with all the substitutions I had to make. She took her time to explain the menu and answer all of my questions efficiently. My family and I will be back to grab a bagel before we fly back home for sure! More...

The food is good here but I had to wait half an hour for bagels.  If I didn't already pay for my food I would have left.  They need to have a sign up or something letting people know they are behind.  I wasn't the only annoyed customer, I was surrounded by annoyed people waiting for their food, one person even got fed up and left without his food. The only reason I even gave 2 stars was because the flavor of the sandwich was good but it was cold by the time I got it. I've never experienced such slow service before . I ordered one bagel sandwich and I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for it. I heard a group of 3 girls next to me say they were waiting for an hour. Multiple people had to go up to the counter and ask where their order was bc they were also waiting forever. If they were slammed busy I would be more lenient, but they were not. After following Cocky's on social for as long as they've been around, I FINALLY found myself in the area for an errand and made a point to stop here and get food to-go. Cocky's lived up to my expectation in every sense.The minute you walk in, you will love the Cleveland centric vibes, cute decor and comfortable open concept. Since you'll have to wait for your food order (mine took about 15 minutes), there's plenty of places to sit inside, including a comfortable couch area. I ordered the Wake n' Bacon breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, cream cheese and American cheese on an everything bagel. The minute that bag hit my hands, it smelled delightful!The bagel sandwich was the giant, ooey gooey masterpiece I was familiar with seeing on Instagram. It was such a sigh of relief to see it looked just as good in-person as online! Great flavors that really popped. I wish I could more eloquently explain how elevated this traditional breakfast sandwich felt.North Olmsted is out of the way for me and I don't come to this area regularly. Cocky's was the only local spot near me open at the crack of dawn so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant interior was fun and playful, see it as a great high school or college hang out spot. Plenty of menu options - I went with the Western (Bacon, Egg, Pepper Jack Cheese, Grilled Onions, Green Peppers, Chipotle Ranch) and throughly enjoyed it. Not usually a fan of onions but they really tied this sandwich together. The bagel was drenched in chipotle ranch, which was appreciated as many bagel sandwiches tend to be too dry. Food is 10 out of 10. Service is 1 for 10. We first had this from the food truck. Fast easy friendly. Then we went to the restaurant. The first time I noticed no employees running tables to clean them ect. We cleaned our own table after placing our order. No big deal. Next week we go and place our order. They don't ask here or to go so we say for here. We then place a generous tip. only 1 woman was here at that time. we patiently wait 30 minutes watching people place orders and leave. At that point we ask where our order is we placed 30 minutes prior. the first woman says its not ready. Another woman than says its just been sitting there for the past 30 minute and laughs.
