I love this gym and all the different options it has to offer as far as working out. They have a ladies only workout area where you can walk straight into the locker room after your workout out and clean up, which is great for me! Classes are also included and they have an amazing Barre and Zumba class. I made an appointment with one of th girls who works sales and she actually came in on a Saturday to show me around and make sure all my questions were answered. What I really liked is that she didn’t push me to join on a contract and offered me a non-contract membership instead. By the end of our appointment she gave me a trial pass to try it out while I was thinking about it. No gimmicks, no hassle, no pushing for something you don’t want like other facilities in town do. I scouted several gyms around town before joining Cochise Health. Some of the positives were the cleanliness and good condition of the facility, good variety of machines and free weights, dedicated cardio area, and offered several of workout classes. The yoga classes are wonderful and the instructors are laid back and easy. They also have showers (open not private stalls), hot tub, sauna, steam room, and an outdoor pool. This is my favorite gym in Sierra Vista and I have been to them all! Great people work there and work out there. It's not the "meat market" type of gym. When you go in to workout, you get to work out without being bothered. Everyone is very friendly but not creepy, which cannot be said about other Sierra vista gyms. There is a women's room with equipment if you don't feel like seeing too many people. And the women's locker room has a sauna, a steam room, and a hot tub. I wish they offered childcare but other than that I love this place!!! More...

This is a great place to exercise, very clean, with up to date equipment, professional, courteous staff, excellent personal trainers, an ab machine room, an enormous weight room, plenty of cardio equipment, a separate women's only workout room, sauna, whirlpool, a great outdoor swimming pool, and a variety of classes, offered at different times of day weekly to accommodate your schedule, not to mention "no contract" monthly fees, which is perfect! CHRC is a well maintained and managed facility. It is the cleanest health club that I have ever been to. They have workers cleaning throughout the day, so it stays clean even under the heavy use times. The group classes are a big plus since they have a variety of activities and are well instructed. The personnel are friendly and helpful with customer needs. I am very glad that my wife and I are members. Keep up the good work CHRC! More...

I love this place. There's a great selection of classes and I feel comfortable in all of them. Some gyms are intimidating, but this one is full of nice people just taking care of themselves and the people that work there are always smiling. It is clean too!

CHRC has it all.  Handball/racquetball courts, free weights, machines, a nice pool.  Hard to imagine what this club does not have.  There are several excellent workout classes like Pilates, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, yoga, etc. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.  The clientele ranges from young teens to at least one very active nonagenarian.  I am at a loss to understand why anyone goes anywhere else (but am glad they do!) I'm on a longer term job assignment in Sierra Vista and I purchased a 90 day membership at Cochise Fitness.  I use the facility almost daily. ...free weights, weight machines, cardio machines and steam room.  It's not crowded, staff and patrons are respectful and appropriate, the variety of machines and free weights is quite impressive.  Facility is kept clean, and towels are always available.If I were going to live in SV, I'd definitely purchase a full time membership. I just became a member. The staff, thus far has been really helpful, no sales pressure, gimmicks-just honest and straightforward. The facility and equipment aren't flashy, but they seem to have all the necessities and an outdoor pool that's open from May 1st -mid October. I like the community feel of the place, plus, their rates are really reasonable, especially for active duty military folks. More...
