We stopped on the way home from atlanta after SEC game , for Sunday brunch . We were pleasantly surprised !  Service was amazing , beyond amazing !   We had the brunch buffet and everything I tried was delicious !  Clams , low country boil ,  with crawfish .  I had the   Spicy chicken pasta also .  You have to be really hungry to try most of the Buffett items . From shrimp to fried chicken , made to order omelets , waffles ,  and mimosas were fabulous ! If you get a chance to stop by this restaurant you won't be disappointed !   And it isn't a chain restaurant !   THey also have a full menu to order from .   Food was wonderful  but the staff was even better . Amazing service .  )this isn't the review I originally tried to post and it wouldn't go through , so I wanted to add a couple of comments .  The best waffle I have ever had ! I don't know the secret but would love to .   We go to restaurants often , but I seldom have been as impressed with the service as I am here .  The lady cooking the omelets and waffles , she explained every item on the Buffett ,  and you could tell she loved her job , everyone in this restaurant went beyond good service ,   They were happy employees.  I chose the bottomless mimosas and I know how they usually works , you have to flag down the waitress when you want another one .  But that wasn't the case , she watched me , and when it was almost  empty she brought another . I only had 3 but they were great !   Someone was checking the Buffett constantly  and adding food when it was low .  The place is spotless ,  although this was our first time here ,  we felt at home from the minute we walked in .  I don't usually write reviews but this deserves  it .  The low country boil could have been a little more Spicy ,But we are from New Orleans so we like spice .  Just want to add ,  whatever this owner's secret has to training his staff , he needs to market that , because they were literally the nicest , most efficient ,  pleasant , staff  I've experienced . We had the pleasure of having brunch here today . I had never heard of this restaurant but on the way home from a weekend of festivities in atlanta , we decided to stop here . I read the menu on my phone first and it looked fabulous . So we went in and they also had the brunch Buffett so we chose that , even though we aren’t big eaters . The hostess was lovely , and immediately sat us at our table . They had low country boil , with mussels , shrimp , crawfish , corn etc . , spicy chicken pasta , collards , shrimp and grits , best Mac and cheese ever ! Mixed veg , fried chicken , rice pilaf, bacon , made to order omelets and waffles . Best waffle I have ever eaten ! I had the unlimited mimosas for $14 also and I never had to order one ! The waitress brought them as she saw me finish one . The food was So good ! We eat at restaurants frequently and I very seldom write reviews for any business, but this one impressed us so much , I wanted to immediately The lady at the omelet and waffle station explained every dish on the buffet . The lady taking our plates was so personable , and they weren’t doing it for tips since it was a Buffett but If anyone deserves that 20% , this lady did . So we tipped the 20% . It was almost like we had stopped to have brunch at a new friends home . That is how outstanding the staff was and they seemed to love what they were Doing . Everyone had a smile on their face and were so eager to make sure we had what we needed. . Good food , I didn’t get to try most of it , because there were so many items on the Buffett . Great menu for those who want to order their favorite low country dish , but what really sets this one apart from any other we have been to , were the staff and service ! I wish I had gotten the names from the ladies serving us , this was Sunday the 8th . We actually had conversations with everyone we came in contact with . I don’t know who trained this staff but they should market that training for other restaurants . Strange as it sounds but we felt at home ! The staff were so happy ! 1st time here and I loved it! The staff is awesome, the band was on point, and the food was delicious and well priced! They even have vegan options. Definitely coming back!

Couples Ministry went here for a lunch meeting. I ordered a crawfish pene pasta with a red creamy sauce that was a little spicy. Very tasty indeed. Everyone else said their meals were delicious as well. The server did an excellent job. I'd eat here again. More...

Excellent food and service at Coaxum's. We found them through Yelp & decided to take a chance. It was a very quiet Sunday night. Jade was was our server. She and the other servers were pleasant & helpful. The oysters were perfectly coated & lightly fried. We both had vegetable sides: okra, greens, sweet potato soufflé. Everything was well seasoned.
