Ed helped us tremendously to focus on exactly the homes with the items we requested. None of our time was wasted which was great since we hadn't moved to Sarasota yet and our time on our visits was limited. He and his wife Karen sent us a lot of listings ahead of time so that we felt like we had really done a thorough search and could be confident that we were purchasing the right house. After and before the contract was signed he went above and beyond to make sure that all the little issues were worked out and that we got all the information we could on the house, contractors that had worked on it over the years, association rules and regulations, etc. Ed and Karen are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home, condo, etc. in the Sarasota area.
