Lindsey is an absolute gem* and sweetheart. I recently moved to Costa Mesa, and have been utilizing ClassPass to try out different places for different services to find my "go-to's". I've never had my lashes lifted before, and not only did Lindsey do a great job, but her heart and energy is contagious. I feel like I got a free mini-therapy session added in! lol. I recently visited Lindsay for eyebrow lamination. Her salon is very welcoming and peaceful. The service is some of the best I have ever received. The ambiance was relaxing with dim lights, spa music, aromatherapy, and a very comfortable plush massage bed to lay on. Lindsay is very thorough and takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want. I left feeling refreshed and pampered.My skin is very sensitive and her products felt so comfortable and didn't irritate my highly sensitive skin at all. I love how my lamination turned out. I have been going to Lindsay for approximately two years for facials, and in that time my skin has improved dramatically. Lindsay is fabulously talented, experienced, and she knows her technique . She is unique in her ability to identify and clarify areas for improvement. Lindsay is constantly expanding her knowledge in related fields to get optimal performance for each one of her clients in a holistic fashion. Wow, I have never had a beauty business that encouraged me to come back and then would cancel on me. I visited first time last week and my appointment that was scheduled at 2. 15 didn't begin after 3.30ish. For over 1.5 Hr or more the owner was talking about herself and her divorce. I felt bad for her and left a very generous tip 15% and bought 2 products. Lindsay suggested the products after I told her my skin is sensitive and dry and I just got Hydrafacial. I used them on the same day and found out the toner that has a lot of alcohol irritated, made my skin itchy, and left small red rashes.. it made me question how well she knows her products. But I still believed in her so I scheduled a facial in few weeks later and was going to ask her about the toner but now forget that.I added 2 star because she is at least was honest and messaged me this.
