I approach fitness and nutrition from two different angles. First, we address diet and exercise. Next, we address your mindset around food, exercise, nutrition, and beliefs about your body.
When you work with me, we will first meet to create a customized diet and exercise plan to meet your goals. We will come up with an executable plan for the first week. After that, we will touch base weekly to track progress, discuss any roadblocks, work on your beliefs and adjust the plan for the next week.
My coaching in this arena is different than most personal trainers. Most personal trainers only offer workout plans and (if you're lucky) diet advice. Due to my extensive experience with life coaching, I can support you in changing your mental game as well. This is where lasting success comes from.
