What kind of accounting services do you provide?
A Virtual CFO (Chief Financial Officer) works side by side with business owners and CEOs as a part of their team working on business tasks such as; budgeting, planning and management of financial operations, and strategic planning for growth.
-We outsource payroll to a 3rd party company
-Your dedicated bookkeeper manages payroll to make sure all is running smoothly and completes data entry tasks,
-Your dedicated controller checks the bookkeepers work and layers in more complex accounting and compliance,
-I (your CFO) checks the controllers work and offer the next layer of tax strategies,
-A CPA checks my work (and I check THEIR work).

Numbers answer the most important questions:
Are we profitable?
Can we sustain change? (positive or negative)
Can we expand?
Who is the person behind the numbers?
If your numbers aren't correct, you are making incorrect business decisions. If the style doesn't match the personality of the owners, the change won't stick.
What do you love most about your job?
I love numbers, LOVE THEM. I have also dedicated many years to healing my money journey including becoming Yoga Teacher Certified. This allowed me to help people who are great at their trade, but not as strong in business navigate this new space of leadership in a holistic, compliant and proactive way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The personal reason: I love to travel and caring of my dog. Having a flexible schedule and limitless location has allowed me to take my dog on two cross country road trips hiking National Parks along the way.
The professional reason: Working corporate I met with a lot of discouraged business owners who weren't feeling confident about the business side of things and CPA offices that weren't proactive on checking in on possible tax strategies outside of once a year.
