I offer the following services:
Individual sessions, 50-minutes each
3-month package, (3) 50-minute sessions for 3 months (9 sessions in total)
6-month package, (3) 50-minute sessions for 6 months (18 sessions in total)

I specialize in quarter-life crises, identity crises, transformation, big/sudden changes, and goal setting.

I primarily work with women in the quarter stage of their life experiencing a lot of changes, transition and uncertainty. I have a broad background of experience: I double majored in architectural engineering and general engineering, I was a division 1 athlete, I've worked at the top level of construction for 9 years and I have traveled and moved a lot throughout my career. That's a long story short, but I can relate to a lot of different people thanks to my broad range of experiences. I've been working full-time as a life coach for the past 2 years after quitting my career in construction. I look forward to working with you!
