How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Life Habits are very important to improving one’s lifestyle! As a Lifestyle Change Coach, Coach Ruben strives to teach his clients how to create a better lifestyle to improve their relationships with others and fitness.
The primary objective when starting out the program is to understand consistency is what we’re looking for! We find a way to make health & fitness consistent before making it a habit! And this goes onward to everything else we teach you like: wealth & relationships.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret comes down to a multitude of things but it has to be consistency and nutritional adherence. You need to know that you have to eat a certain way and be consistent with it.
The only way you see any tangible results is by building a habit of doing the same things.
What do you love most about your job?
The reactions I get from people when they finally see the process working. The results are my favorite part when I see people losing a lot of weight, feeling happier and healthier. When people achieve the thing they set out to do and they are excited to continue. It makes me feel happy knowing that I helped them get that far into their health & fitness journey and now they want to make it a lifestyle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to find a way to do what I love and be my own boss. Luckily when I got my certification, they outlined a lot of the of the things needed to create a Personal training business, so I ran with the concepts presented and did more research after. I just knew that starting my own fitness business was something I definitely wanted to do.

I can’t tell you how often I’ve found coaches who teach theories and concepts but it never helped me.

Our program is 100% online services! We provide the best when it comes to supports but we do also ask that our clients are absolutely certain they are ready to put in the work!

The FLXX Method
We offer you a complete training system that allows you to better improve your quality of life through various habits such as: training, nutrition, habit coaching, accountability training, stress management & confidence coaching. Our goal is to help you develop new skills and build towards the version of yourself that is successful in all areas of life especially relationships.
In Person Training (Orlando Exclusive)
Our training system primarily is used for online coaching. We offer the same system as our online services the only difference here is that we also provide a minimum of two sessions weekly. This offer is strictly provided to clients whom are capable of commuting 20-30 minutes out to our Orlando Location.
