What inspired you to start your own business?
To make a greater impact in growing and developing others to reach and live to their maximum potential. I realized business leaders need personal growth in life and leadership to show up and perform their best and maximize high performance teams. The GrowthTime! platform streamlines a proven process to accomplish this goal and solve the common complaint in Millennial leaders minds: "No one cares about my growth and development!"
