Coach Jess helped me do the impossible: I quit eating desserts and drinking sodas!! Sugar is my VICE and is truly an addiction in my life. Jess guided me when I was hesitant to commit and gave me the push I needed to make this healthy lifestyle change. She also coached me into cooking more meals at home and eating healthier overall. Having Coach Jess hold me accountable made me make better food choices and strengthened my resolve to stay off sugar. Her daily check-ins were a great reminder to keep working toward my goals and it felt great having her on my side to coach me through rough spots and share in my milestone celebrations. Jess is so kickass! I've been coached before and this is far from my first time at the self-help rodeo...but I never really felt like I got to the root causes of why I was unable to make certain habits stick. I've learned so much in such a short time and have picked up things that I feel like I can do for the rest of my life. I think having to do the homework, journaling exercises and checking in frequently have really helped me keep my mind right during the whole process.
