Nutrition is fundamental to someone's health and wellbeing. But you need both nutrition and training to achieve your best health and physique. At CCFB, we believe in a holistic approach, where all aspects are considered to achieve maximum results.

We use a holistic approach, assessing all aspects of the clients lifestyle and habits that may be hindering their fitness goals. We provide mentorship and accountability to help them achieve their fitness goals, while overcoming their personal obstacles. We teach them the skills and knowledge needed to not only achieve their fitness goals, but also how to keep them.

A desire to do whatever it takes to get the results you want and committing to that effort.

Seeing people's lives changed as they change and develop in to the person they want to be.

I have great passion for helping people. I combined that passion with my love for health and fitness to help improve people's lives, whether getting them fit, improving health conditions, getting them ready for stage and so much more.

Every client received individual care, tailored to their specific needs. There are no copy and paste, cookie cutter, fad plans. Everything is customized to the client, their lifestyle and goals. We believe everyone is a unique individual, and should receive services according to that uniqueness.

Yes, we can provide all of our personal training, nutrition, and bodybuilding services online. Every client receives access to an individual folder to track their progress, upload their check ins, receive their plans and more. We strive to provide a great service, no matter where the client is.

We offer remote or online only services as well as in person services.

Services

Coach Crayne offers in person Personal Training services to help you get your best physique. Be prepared to sweat and work hard as this will be unlike any other session you've had before!

This service is for people who may or may not have a training program, but want to improve their health and fitness. 90% of weight loss and body recomposition is nutrition so if training isn't for you, this is the best place to start!

1) Custom-tailored nutrition services that change as you progress.
2) Personalized client portal for tracking progress.
3) Weekly check-ins with your coach.

Coach Crayne has the experience and knowledge to look for health markers that may be inhibiting your weight loss, training, metabolism, and more. You can schedule a consult to look over current bloodwork, and for what additional markers may be important to evaluate. This is included for current clients.

This training is not for the faint of heart. If you are looking to take your physique to the next level, then come join me for a complete prep and I will teach you how to master your mind, body, and soul.

This style of coaching is for people that are not looking to step on stage but do want to reach their fitness goals and learn how to live an optimized life!
