I have been a professional Personal Trainer since 2010 and have over 30,000 hours of personal training experience. I hold many Advanced level international trainer certifications.

I am a former national athlete and was also a strength and conditioning coach for Olympic athletes on the national team for 10 years.

The answer is definitely two words, ''consistency and patience''. I always tell my students the importance of progressing step by step within a program. I give them both practical and theoretical information and often inform them about their development. They know where they are. They satisfy when we achieve the small goals we set. So it will be easy for us to move on to the next destination. I trained them to the point where they became their own instructors. Because they will not always work with an instructor and must learn to exercise correctly without injury. This is the duty of a good and ethical teacher.

It gives me pleasure to walk with them and guide them toward the goals they have set.

There is a word called resilience in English. My favorite word %100 . I am a person who does not know how to give up. To stop, I have to be dead.

( Customized Exercise Plan ; according to posture analysis and muscle weakness )

As a result of the posture analysis test performed in the free demo lesson, an exercise plan is prepared for the deficiencies, needs, and goals of the person. Service is provided as 1-1 or 2-1 persons. These programs begin with the anatomical adaptation phase. After the client's tendons and cardiovascular system are ready (4-6 weeks), general and specific training phases (weightloss-endurance-strength) are started. With the right movement biomechanics and a personalized systematic exercise program, step-by-step improvement is achieved.
