Coach Bryta

I started Coach Bryta, a San Francisco-based boutique consulting firm with a focus on high performance leadership training and coaching as well as GTM strategies to help individuals broaden and transform their leadership potential, fine tune their influencing abilities and inspirational abilities .

As a Team and Group Coach, I design and deliver high-impact training to leaders and their teams. My custom programs are formulated to enhance personal and professional growth, increasing interpersonal and leadership effectiveness that result in a better organizational alignment when managing change.

I am accredited by both the International Coaching Federation and the EMCC Global for both individual and team coaching. I am known for my empathic and results-focused style. I strongly believe that people drive organizational high performance. I think of myself as a partner in each client’s journey towards achieving their dreams and vision, coaching them to harness their innate superpowers while practicing ethical and impactful leadership.

Prior to embracing coaching full time, Bryta enjoyed a successful 25-year career in the tech sector where she held executive roles in marketing and sales at enterprise-grade companies including Xerox, RSA, Symantec ,Thales as well as several successful technology start-ups. Self-belief and courage as the key ingredients to becoming a female executive in Silicon Valley. My global experience across multiple continents includes managing a P&L and leading GTM for 100M$ business units.

In 2022, I followed my passion to pursue coaching full- time with a mission to support and nurture the next generation of authentic leaders.

I hold a MBA in International Marketing from Reutlingen University , a Master’s degree in Translation from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. I am Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as a European Mentoring and Coaching Council Member and EMCC Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching. Assessments I like to use include:
EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® Certified Practitioner , Creative Leadership Assessment Suite.

I have walked the walk of a leader in my work as an interpreter, corporate executive and nonprofit advocate. I have created new businesses, built teams and helped lead organizational change--while managing up, down and sideways. I have benefited from coaching and I have integrated coaching insights into my work and into my life. I have experienced all manner of career and personal thrills and chills; out of that has come a sense of resilience, wisdom and joy that I bring to my work with clients.

My coaching practice is global in nature and we effectively use various online video platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams. For quick check-ins my favorite platform is still the phone...
