We will havw a phone conversation to go over your goals and I will emaIl you a questionnaire to learn a lIttle more about your background. First session will be a assessment workout so I can build a workout for you that we will build off of.

Consistency is key to building the body of your dreams. To do that you have to have fun and enjoy the process. Remember it takes 21 days to create a habit! Stay committed. Patience + persistence equals perseverance!

I love knowing I can help people change how they see exercise and health and achieve things they thought they never could.

I hurt myself training years ago and went to a correctional exercrice specialist that changed my entire view of exercise and body mechanics. I learned about functional and balanced training which took me on a journey to start personal training part time then eventually full time.

Clients should choose me because I will be 100% honest with them and help them achieve things they never thought they ever could.
