45 minutes per training session. Nutritional E-book full of meal plans and diet ideals. Nutrition assessment, motivation and accountability.
Online training
Custom workout plans Tailored to your need. Such as in home or at the gym.
Meal plans.
Custom meals tailored to your goals. Also, I have keto, high protein and low carb diet plans as well.
Boot camp
Group boot camp sessions. Tho will be a group sessions with the possibility of four or more clients training together to reach one goal. Strength training mixed with cardio.
