I was refferred to them via a friend and after my identity was stolen-someone was ordering stuff from my Amazon account and credit cards and the banks were less than helpful.
They helped me understand what was happening, detected the source of the issues, filed a complaint with the FBI field office (due to overseas fraud), helped me setup second phone verification on all my accounts, contacted local law-enforcement, the banks, and helped me stop the problem. PRO-BONO! Who does that these days?
I offered to pay, but the owner said that while they don't typically work with individual cases, they were happy to help as they understood the pain I was suffering and how desperate I was as a single mom and that I was referred by a customer. Thank you! Thank you!
Now if only Bank of America and Wells Fargo treated me like that!
