I’ve been training with Clint for a year and a half. Clint is extremely knowledgeable and is insightful to individual client needs. I’ve been in the best shape I’ve ever been and he helped get my shoulder back to even better strength than I had prior to injury. More...

Clint is very knowledgeable and committed to his clients. He is always coming up with new workouts and movements to focus on all muscle groups and planes of motion. The variety of exercises as well as sets/reps/tempos is perfect for a true and hard workout. Correct form and execution of each movement is central to his technique and style - If you are up to the challenge, contact him for a workout. I would recommend anyone - on any training level - to work with Clint to see what they are capable of with his proper direction. Clint is an awesome trainer! He takes the time to work with you and assess your fitness goals and he pushes you to get there. Clint is constantly challenging me to push myself in every workout which is something that I struggle to do when working out alone. You can tell that he puts a lot of thought into personalizing your workouts so that you can meet your own fitness goals. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Clint is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. Clint gives the right amount of challenge and instruction. His workouts are deliberate and new each time. He critiques movements with education that 1) helps me understand the why and 2) that makes the range/correction give me the incredible work my muscles haven't experienced before. Clint is super knowledgeable and a very creative trainer. He always mixes up my workouts to challenge me and keep things interesting. I have a pre-existing injury that prevents me from doing certain exercises and he’s done a great job in providing alternative exercises. Clint is fun and patient (even when I put up a fight), but he always helps push me past limits I didn’t think I could exceed. I highly recommend Clint for someone relatively new to working out or for someone who is ready to mix things up and challenge themselves. More...
