How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We use a strategic approach to goals! Not everyone is created equal so we know everyone is different. WE program according to fitness level, age, goals, and abilities to create a program that is just for YOU!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition. I hate to say that as a fitness professional but I did almost have a minor in nutrition in college so I am well versed. Sadly it might be cliché but abs are made in the kitchen!!!
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love helping people. Originally I wanted to be a doctor but I think this suits me much better. And....I can help with prevention versus treatment of disease and unhealthy behaviors.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly it happened by chance but it was the best decision ever!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Number one option is virtual training. That actually was spawned due to Covid. We also do private personal training which limits the exposure to others.
