We hired this company to clean our eaves and gutters and to clean out the gutters. We have had to have them back twice now and they still aren't done. They say they will come and they don't, they say they will call and they don't. Now they are not returning our calls. On top of that, their worker ran their high-pressure washer across our new drive way blasting the finish off of it, then denied doing it when it is clear it was done with a high-pressure washer. quick response time to come out for a bid and easy to schedule it. Had other companies not even respond to my request for bids or were several months out to schedule. They used hard working college students to stain my deck, but they did not pay attention to details and missed a lot of areas. Possibly due to lack of experience? But Clear Shine was very responsive to my concerns and provided excellent customer service to come out to inspect the work. They were then quick to send more workers out to finish the project to my satisfaction. They also honored their bid price which was reasonable.
