Earlier today based on the good review here in Yelp of this company being a good one to hire, since I had severe trouble with one of its supposed competitors (as some people use different business names to make a potential customer think they have a choice) to get a simple receipt to show not just that they received money for a job, but where it was supposed to be and when, I figured I would be polite enough to let this company know how much better they either are or what they should not do by threatening to be brought to court when no matter what attempt was made during a two week period, the other company refused to send me a receipt or even a work order or an invoice with my address on it.     It is always good for a business to know how the competition is doing and so my good nature just received the following which makes me wonder if this Jennifer Gonzales is in cohoots with the company I was showing her how bad it is and how those owners freaked out over just asking for that receipt. If Jennifer really now wants to take me to court for thinking that her company is better than the rest, then so be it. I have to now wonder how she treats her customers if there is a question about anything. So below you have my reply to what she says below it.The two star rating rather than 1 is only because she did do what many companies do not. She responded to me even if in a negative way.............Jennifer,Are you friends with the "other" company for you to say that? If not, then I cannot see how you could misinterpret what I sent you about how rotten one of your competitors is over a customer just asking for a receipt that shows where the job is to be done and the date. I sent it to the "right" company as I thought that your company is suppose to be an upstanding one better than the competition of which I sent you proof. If you also do not give out receipts that say where a job is to be done, then I pity your customers. Otherwise I have helped you to show you what not to do and instead of you condemning me to the degree that you just did, you should be thanking me for showing you how to treat what even the law says should be available for any customer from anyone who is in business.Even so, I give you credit for getting back to me. Now re-read the information and maybe you will see that I actually helped you. If not, well, that is up to you how you treat your customers. Since I sent it to the right company, yours, then if you also want to bring it to your attorney as your competition said, that is also up to you. Pay the price and get the publicity that will come with it as taking such offense about being informed about the wrongs of one of your competitors since besides your "threat" being one option, you could have either not responded to me at all, or maybe just said "thank you", but please do not write to you again. Anyway, this is her accepted apology of which I accept that she is always looking for quality people to do the services she offers which based on the company I was letting her know about, that other company seems to have stopped doing that. If she now thinks this also belongs somewhere else or that I am still commenting on the "wrong company", there is nothing more I can do pertaining to her way of thinking (J.A. April 12, 2021/Monday).....I was not trying to offend anyone.  The world is not exactly what it use to be.  Everyone is out to get what they can from whomever they can.  I  am not sure how you helped me but if you say you did then thank you.   Competition isn't my issue, finding people that are reliable, honest  &amp; have good work ethic is the problem I have.  I apologize for the  bad experience you had, please understand on a daily I receive a handful  of bogus emails. We use Cleaning Springs and this is a review from one of our short term rental guests:My m.o. when I enter any VRBO is to go in first with my latex gloves on and antibacterial wipes and wipe the entire thing down, especially any high-touch surfaces. Immediately, I know how clean a rental is or is not because it literally shows up on my cleaning wipes. Literally, not a speck of dirt showed up in my wipe down. Whoever our hosts have cleaning this unit is doing an impeccable job.
