Absolutely horrible service! Started off good first couple of cleanings; then went downhill every 2 weeks. We had to leave notes constantly as Heidi and her occasional Husband and son missed the same places .
We recently discovered she has posted pictures of our house on her site without asking permission; as well as our bedroom on her Facebook page trying to make her friends think it is hers! A total invasion of privacy and extremely unprofessional! More...

Please use a appropriate conversation when you guys have something to do with customers review … the place is not filthy enough I have been using other services as well who was kind enough to complete for what is paid off… it’s not free of cost the service is made … there is a payment involved which needs the customer satisfaction too…. I received a message stating with the review comments as a customer we have a right to write review of what is experienced …. The service was terrible… Heidi and her husband did come over for the service… there were lot of areas unattended very unprofessional… I don’t really recommend this service . . waste of time.. bedrooms were not cleaned , sheets were not changed even after given instructions… poor rating and awful More...

I’m sorry to hear this! Unfortunately you were told your cleaning was a standard cleaning which does NOT include dishes bed making nor scrubbing inches of thick grease off everything in your kitchen! The place stunk to high Heaven! Very unsafe health wise for anyone to live in never mind a sweet person like myself willing to help a family with a new born child! If the health department got involved with your living situation you and your husband would be in deep trouble raising children in that disgusting filthy home! I have filed an official report to FTC and contacted authorities in regard to the gross misconduct of this company. They have charged for services and not only rescheduled after receiving payment but showed up and damaged the apartment further in the process and did not even clean a single service or blinds or ceiling fan or wall. The apartment was more clean before they showed up. Worst part is; because these scammers rescheduled and waited for the Zelle payment to go through, I can’t refund it without filling through my bank, Zelle, and the FBI and FTC. So I did that. I don’t know if they will pursue this claim but the seemingly intoxicated owner thinks it’s very funny and laughed and hung up on me and blocked my number. I’m now facing hundreds more dollars in fees from the apartment complex for the harm and damage she has caused.

This burnout junky needs to spend less time sniffing bath salts and more time making an honest living like the rest of society and people like myself, trying to move out of a single bedroom apartment barely making ends meet. Speaking of scammers: unfortunately we all run into one of these customers who blast companies for their own insecurities. Here is a great example how a fake scammer pretend customer that is genuinely a narcissistic miserable person who has completely lied on every blasphemy shady misconduct beyond belief! Absolutely shocking and horrific emotionally more then disgusting behavior that one idiot could ever imagine these kinds of lying deceitful harassing allegations one would take to go to lengths to try and ruin a person’s business because they want to steal business owners hard working money! The intention and communication between two people was certainly a genuine one with the understanding that the tasks that we agreed upon. this evil human being agreed upon with the understanding the job was handled with care and intent to also make sure it was done right and it was! Under these circumstances unusual indifferent sick minded people will take every advantage to take back anyones money and then some to turn it into evil circumstance. We also want to let the fake scammer know he sent money through Zelle upon himself before the work was completed. If he felt uncertain and uncomfortable he should have made other arrangements to be there when I communicated I was going to be there to make sure the job was going to get done RIGHT! If that was not acceptable he should have cleaned it himself! Certainly abled physical just not mentally unfortunately. Business folks be Aware of Scammers like this one and always take someone with you for proof before and after and take pictures! This turned out to be a cleaning lady making it right to do a job into a she ruined and damaged the WHOLE ENTIRE PROPERTY! If this isn’t a BIG RED FLAG from a scammer we all know what these types of people are capable of especially going to the business owners home and harassing them there as well! BEWARE BUSINESS OWNERS!! These types are OUT THERE unfortunately! Twenty years of doing business and never had a problem whatsoever! I have 67 customers who take care of me I take care of them! We have an awesome reputation and once again— DONT BE FOOLED DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE HIRING THE WICKED AND THE EVIL!!! To add: review is a review it should always come from the owners mouth and or references from our customers not a problem.

However it is not my fault that there was a miss understanding through communication meaning you never gave me your correct location but to find out couple days later!!!! What a horrible review that a person would give!

Unfortunately customers should never assume that the professional they hired “ Is So-called” labeled as a No Call No Show! Under any circumstances we All know as people and hard working citizens life happens!!! As for my other proven clientele I am dependable hard working as well as a professional who shows up and completes the job above satisfactory standards. Any review from (1) person who assumes and does not follow through with their appointment is NOT justified DOES NOT fall on the contractor!!!! Word-to-the-Wise!!!! Especially when the consumer does not answer their phone when called numerous times!!!! Never assume!!! We’re ALL HUMAN!!!
