My goal is to provide a quality clean every time. I make sure my clients are 100% satified with services provided. I know every house and every customer is different but i find a solution that is quick and affordable for each client. Having soneoneone new in your home can be scary but I am trustworthy and you will let you know exactly what time I will arrive. I will leave behind a detailed list of chores preformed during each visit, which will be all chores listed on the standard cleaning chore list unless instructed otherwise. I charge per square footage of the home. This method is accurate and easy for customers to understand the overall cost of services and saves customers money unlike charging per hour. I require a deep initial cleaning before I will start maintenance cleaning. Also all new customers will start off with a deep cleaning as well even if they do not choose to sign up for reoccurring services. All my employees are back ground checked, drug screened and professionally trained. Each room is cleaned from top to bottom left to right and swept/mopped/vacuumed from furthest point of the room out the door. Each room is completely finished before moving onto the next. We respect our customers privacy so no closets, drawers and/or areas of the home not being cleaned will not opened or entered unless requested by the home owner. Basements, sun porches and/or attics are not part of the overall square footage and would be an extra charge. The home will be assigned the same cleaner/cleaners to provide services each visit.
