Jerry and his assistant came out to clean our carpets on very short notice.  Since he worked me into his busy schedule, he was running a little late but kindly called to let me know.  First of all, I had vacuumed, but my daughter's cat hair was all over.  Once the cleaner was sprayed on, Jerry's helper Cody (not positive of his name) went through the house using his shoe technique to roll up the cat hair.  Jerry went over all of the carpet throughly.  I liked that he used steaming hot water and lots of suction to remove the water.  Although it was a hot day, I was surprised how quickly the carpets dried.  The best part was the super clean feeling, as we walked on the floors barefoot.  Thank you Jerry for an excellent job!!! I hired Clean Pro Carpet Care to clean some tile and carpets.  We have lived in our house for eight years and it has only been cleaned with a vacuum and steamer, so it needed a little care.  The grout was really bad (it was supposed to be eggshell, but it was more like light brown) and I could not get it clean.  Jerry and his staff came for two days (one for the tile - about 1400 sf) and another day for the carpet (about1,500 sf).  In both cases, they were wonderful! I am not sure the house was even that clean when we bought it :)  I strongly recommend this company for any carpet or tile care needs.  They are amazing and very professional.The process took some time because the grout was so bad.  The carpet work they did was even better.  We have cats and there have been "accidents" occasionally over the years.  We called the company because our steam cleaner just was not cutting it.  They did a wonderful job and got out spots I thought were there for good!Terrific!!! RAY IS THE MAN!!!!!!!! This morning around 8:00 am I called to get a quote. Jerry was out of town so he passed my information off to Ray. I explained what rooms I needed done, my living room had pet stains which made the smell unbearable. I spoke with Ray explained my situation and he was able to make it out THE SAME DAY Around 1:00pm. I have no knowledge whatsoever about carpets, but Ray changed all that! Not only was he very kind and friendly but he also gave me tips on how to remove various kind of stains (coffee pet stains grease) in case I have a spill in the future. When he got here he got right to work finishing all three of the rooms in about an hour and a half! There were also extra stains on the carpet I did not tell him about, and he was kind enough to try to remove those! Once he finished he explained what he did and we went into each room, and walked around to make sure I was happy with the cleaning! He did not once make me feel stupid or naive but instead gave me a lot more knowledge about carpets and what I can do to keep them clean. After we had an awesome talk about tribute bands ! I really really loved how he didn't just come clean the carpets and leave, but he explained to me things I can do so that I can't save a few extra dollars! There's no question this is the company you need to call if you need carpets cleaned and you HAVE to ask for RAY his work is amazing and knowledge such a great bonus!!! you will not regret it!!! They've done such a good job! Our carpet was super dirty, we had pet urine and poop stains on a part of our carpet and the smell/color is totally gone. We recently had our carpets cleaned by Clean Pro Carpet Care. We had the carpets cleaned by another carpet service last year. That carpet service could not get some spots out of the carpet that were left by the previous owner. Jerry and Chris showed up on time and got right to work. I showed them the spots and I was amazed that those spot came out. The  Roto power tool really gets the grit and grime out of the carpet. I will never have another service clean our carpets. I called and talked to Jerry a few days ago and was able to have my appointment set for a Saturday~ awesome!!! Since I am always extremely busy on the Weekdays. Of course I did shop around before I was actually able to find this place.Unlike the other shops I once again will state how he let me know Saturday was not an issue and we worked out an early appointment, great. On the phone he was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding.  He did not interrupt me as others had done before to just give me a quickie quote.He let me explain my situation which is I have 3 dogs, 6 cats and do a lot of animal fostering, also one of my dogs had become very sick leaving a tornado of nastiness.  My carpets had been to hell and back and then back again.Jerry let me know that all was well and was not turned off by the amount of work, and  could definitely handle it. So I wondered who would show up at my door today, or if there would be some hidden charges or fees. Nope not at all, Jerry was on time to my home, immediately assessed the madness and got right to work and the pricing was actually under my budget, even with all the foulness that had occurred, fantastic! I will say my husband and I were tremendously pleased with the outcome, our carpet looked as if we had just moved in that very day. Jerry was just as kind and professional in person and was a pleasure to have in our home.We are both just so amazed not only how new our carpets look but how great our home smells. I should have taken a before and after picture because words alone cannot say how this one man transformed the entire way we viewed our carpets.  Will I again lie and walk on my carpets with my bare feet (which should give you an idea of how horrid it was)?
