Went to the Windermere location on Friday night. I ordered two Fall Bowls, immediately, the two girls working started responding with an attitude. They were STILL out of pumpkin. (Yes the moan ingredient of their fall limited menu items... they have been out of pumpkin for weeks) I guess since my order was the straw that broke the camels back, both girls decided to put all their frustrations on me while preparing another customers order. I was yelled at because everybody wants pumpkin and they don’t have it. They admitted that their supplier can’t uphold the demand. But I’m the end I was made to be the bad guy for ordering an item in their menu. I wrote to the store, and the reply I got was super generic and that ironically they now have pumpkin as of yesterday. I wanted to try this place instead of flower child which is also very close by. I was coming from the heights. I ordered online for curbside pickup and got there in the exact time it said it would be ready (15 minutes). I called the store to tell them I was there, the girl confirmed then ran out, didn’t give me a receipt or anything. The bag said Mallory so I assumed it was my order. I drove ALL the way home then in my car looked and saw the salad looked weird and had a different name on it, I knew it was the wrong one. I quickly called them back to explain the mixup but the line was busy. I decided to drive back and on the way I called a couple more times and the line was busy! I parked in front where I did before, called one more time & the line was still busy, so unfortunately I had to go inside. I explained the situation and before I could even get a word out the blonde (that helped me before) cut me off & said she already knew about the mix up..she apologized, but offered no explanation, she was distracted & rude when I asked for utensils & dressing which she also forgot. Friendly and clean but I continue have very long waits for mobile orders. Was told 15 min wait today and I had to wait 45 min. Almost every order I place I get a call that they are out of something. The taste of the food continues to be less than desirable. I substituted smaller juries for the larger juices and was over charged. I called and went in to request my refund and got no reply after being told they would inform the managers. Today they were going to credit me the amount of the item they were out of. "Absolutely horrible business operations. I had an order confirmed for a 3 day juice cleanse to pick up at 8 AM Monday morning at the Wexford PA location. This location is not close to my house and I got there at a little before 8 to find out they gave my order to another customer as that customer was supposed to pick up the day before and didn't show up. So instead of telling that customer they would have to reorder they gave away my order and told me I could come back the following day to pick up instead. I just went to one of your location and I am very disappointed. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products, but the Açaí bowl was horrible, actually the worst I ever had. It was so bad that is even hard to describe. It tastes like chemical or cardboard. I am originally from Brazil, where açaí first come up,and I know what it tastes like and looks like, and you definitely should not call it açaí bowl. Who was making my bowl, put all the ingredients in the blender, and for the last ingredient (açaí) she did put a scoop of a purple powder to give the color. That wasn’t even close what açaí looks like or taste like. I am not try to bash your brand, but if you want to call it a açaí bowl, at least use froze açaí pulp, and not a tine scoop of a purple powder with a horrible taste to give the color.
