Clean Heart Maids

Clean Heart Maids is a great place to work. They have great staff and great clients. When I need time off for my son's doctor appointments or school events, I let them know when I set the appointment and never have an issue. I have even been able to advance in my position. I love the work life balance! They also try to be fun. On occasion they buy coffee and donuts for everyone just because. Or send a flower for mother's day and notes saying your appreciated. I’m surprised that Clean Heart Maids has a 4.8 rating. I had a deep clean done at my home and I didn’t feel like it was really a deep clean. The baseboards were not done, there was sand on one of our kitchen chairs that wasn’t cleaned up and the bathroom wasn’t 100% clean. The ladies that were sent asked for extra time and I’m not really sure what the extra time was used for because it definitely didn’t show. I was called by the company to have a check on how it went, which unfortunately I was in the middle of working and didn’t do a thorough enough job on spot checking. A deep clean with this company is definitely not worth the money. My second cleaning was with Amanda she was fantastic. I requested that I have Amanda from then on out. However, when my third cleaning came about it was with a different person and I had to again walk her through the house and show her everything. My floors weren’t mopped in the bathrooms or main living areas, which floored me. As I went through the house I noticed little things that had not been done. I called and spoke to the office about not having Amanda as promised and she said that Amanda wasn’t available to be my cleaner due to a regular client. However, earlier in the morning I called to complain and the lady promised me that I would have Amanda. Later in the afternoon she stated that this wasn’t a promise that they could keep. At the same time I complained about my floors and that I wanted someone to come out and clean them. After getting off the phone and looking around I noticed more things. I called back and stated not to send anyone because at this point it wasn’t worth it and to cancel my service. The owner sent one e-mail offering that Amanda could be my cleaner and they could come out and do my floors. I responded but got no response back. In my mind too little too late. I am disappointed that they didn’t offer a refund of some type for all of their mistakes. I will never recommend this company to anyone. More...

I have worked for clean heart maids almost 2 years. I highly recommend them. we aim to please our clients. we always make sure there happy before we leave there homes. we are a hard working team. we have great teamwork. I even get spoiled by my clients. like always getting food or tips. we get wonderful reviews on here and Google. if you need a clean, don't hesitate to call our office to schedule a clean. also we are always looking for hard working reliable people for company. it's alot work but well worth it. they treat us like family and I'm very thankful for all of them.
