I’ve been using Clean & Simple Cleaning services for over two years (maybe 3?) now and with rare exception I’ve been very happy with the cleaning service they have provided! All of the cleaners are professional and friendly. All of the cleaners are at least good and some of them are outstanding in the job they do. Also, I’ve also never had anyone clean for me that I was uncomfortable with being in my home for any reason which is also naturally an extremely important element for such a personal service.When I was a young woman, I used to clean parttime for extra money, so I really appreciate how hard the work can be (especially on hot days in the summer).Finally, I want to give kudos to the office staff who are without exception kind and great communicators.Thank you everyone at Clean & Simple! "Carly and Laura arrived promptly and went right to work. This was my first time using this business, and I was more than impressed. Both women were hard workers and did exactly what I asked them to do. They performed the work in a timely and professional manner, and my house was cleaned much better than I was expecting. With my recent knee surgery and accompanying pain, my usual house cleaning was put on the bottom of my list of priorities. The staff was flexible and incredibly thoughtful. They even stayed past their scheduled 2 hour block in order to serve my grandfather's needs. I am a very, very picky customer, for sure, but Clean & Simple won me over. I previously used a lower-priced competitor, but it's quite obvious, in this case, that you get what you pay for. I hired C & S to clean before a party. They sent over a team of three (Maria D, Liliana & Nancy.) They were here for 2.5 hours. I only asked them to do the community areas, no bedrooms. 7.5 man hours to clean the rest of my home. That equals a lot of good detail cleaning! I was gone most of the time, but my husband, who was working in the back yard, said that every time he entered the house, they were moving, and moving quickly. They were fast and efficient. When I saw the house after they'd finished, it looked show room clean. They only thing they appeared to miss was dumping the garbage and trash cans.
