Dawn Sopron, LCSW, RYT-500, CYT-700 is a psychotherapist and therapeutic yoga teacher, licensed in Illinois and Wyoming. For 30 years, the focus of her work has been trauma healing and she works with adult clients to resolve their depression, anxiety, or relational dilemmas using a collaborative, dynamic, mind-body approach.

She provides counseling services incorporating EMDR and therapeutic yoga techniques by secure telehealth for clients throughout Illinois and Wyoming. She also maintains an office in McHenry County, IL for future in-person appointments. In addition, she teaches Healing Yoga for Women classes and retreats, has taught suicide prevention, and has presented at multiple wellness conferences and professional trainings.
