So this review is a few weeks overdue but it has been on my mind to get done because my experience with Classmaids was just excellent from front to end. Firstly - my internet crapped out while I was online trying to book an initial service. I called and was able to speak with Viktoria right away and while I was just calling to ask a question I mentioned my hiccup with scheduling and she took my information over the phone and sorted it out for me before we hung up. All I had to do was login when I was able to add in the payment method. This was a one-off, the website booking and app service is really neat and easy to use.I have a small one bedroom apartment and I think some previous services I've used kind of lost the plot on details because on surface my place seems like a quick job. NOT JACKIE THOUGH - Jackie was on time, really easy to have in my home, comfortable wearing a mask while she worked (as did I, you mask for me, I mask for you. let's just do it people), and she missed NOTHING. I love that Classmaids has a checklist they're working off of, at the end of the service Jackie handed it over for me to review and there were things I never would have thought of including. Checklist or not, Jackie was THOROUGH. I honestly feel I received excellent value for the price. I would happily have them back again because seeing as this place is the only place I go nowadays it is really nice to not cringe every time I spot my baseboards. If you're considering the cost I'll leave you with this; while Jackie was in my home we just alternated rooms while she worked and I folded my laundry. By the time she left at 11:00 AM everything that I mentally procrastinate and agonize over on the weekends was just, Done. And what a freaking relief. Yes there is a cost for skilled labor but with Classmaids you're really getting professional assistance AND you're getting your own time back. Just do it; do it quarterly or biweekly or monthly or as a one off just before you take all your PTO so you don't spend your home time cleaning but just do this for yourself. Great work by a great team. I would have signed up for bi weekly service but they are too expensive. They arrived on time and dia great job just not within my budget and Victoria, the owner, offered a $20 discount, still too expensive but great work.

We had a "deep clean"yesterday and were very lucky that Elizabeth was the person to thank for a job well done. Since the state is mostly open after being in quarantine, Elizabeth wore masks (2), gloves and sanitized high traffic areas. We were really impressed and will use Classmaids again. More...

I've been using Classmaids for over three years now and I love them! They are flexible, easy and responsive with their scheduling and they always check in with me after each visit to make sure I' m satisfied. Their cleaning pros arrive on time, are very pleasant and polite and efficient and thorough. My house always looks and smells amazing when they leave.
