Focusing, not just with the camera but with your eyes; when in the midst of someone else's special day, always be paying attention to what's going on around you. Some of the best images are captured this way.

Hands down, the moments that I capture. I've kept the pictures from every wedding I've ever worked on, just for the sake of being able to go back and look again at those moments.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The first wedding I ever photographed in 2014. Being brand new, and working by myself, I was simultaneously in love with the moments I was capturing, and incredibly nervous that the bride and groom and the bride's parents would be disappointed in the final images. That they were so thrilled with the images pushed me take the steps necessary to become a professional photographer.
