Great experience with these guys. We have a very old 1940s home and all the floors were really damaged. Painted over and chipped, some areas sanded and never refinished for years. Classic Floor Care has been cleaning our carpets and floor for over 10 years, and have always done an excellent job. The carpets always look new, and the hardwood floors we have are polished and clean. Classic does not spare on time or effort. When we need new carpets because our pet has torn or destroyed them, Classic helps us in selecting the color and quality of the new carpet and then installs it for us. Very happy with this carpet cleaning service. We have three adults and two dogs in our household so our stairs are fairly high traffic. Our carpets were looking pretty dirty, but they look great again. The pricing was reasonable, they showed up promptly, and were very friendly. I could not be happier with the service that I received from Darren. We called around to several carpet cleaning places and classic floor care gave us the best quote. Darren came on a Saturday to pick up our carpet and he was so friendly and professional. He did not once try to upsell us on anything. We mentioned that we were getting new furniture and without us having to ask he voluntarily held our carpet for us and delivered them to us when we were ready and had the space for it. Just wow. So my house hasn't had the carpets cleaned in over a year. Darren came to check out the carpets to give me a quote. I mentioned a few stains and showed him the high traffic areas. This carpet is far from perfect and is the worst color so it gets dirty rather quickly. I told him that he didn't have to make it look perfect and that we were hoping to get some of the dirt up.He must have taken that as a challenge because our house (aside from bleach stains) looks like we just put in new carpet! Darren has come and done our floor cleanings a few times now and not only is he always on time, he is also such a pleasure to deal with. The floors always look great once he is done and he always makes suggestions or will adjust the cleaning based on the needs he sees necessary. Since I work for a corporation, he is hired through a middle man company. When they call to make sure everything went smoothly, I always make sure to give him a great review.
