Last weekend, we had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Classic Catering for our Annual Christmas Dinner Party. From the very beginning the service was outstanding. Joe and Millie were extremely flexible in adjusting to our needs and offered excellent suggestions during the planning stages. Denise met with me in our home to discuss service details and layout and also offered additional suggestions for ensuring a successful evening. On the night of our event, Denise and her staff arrived well in advance, setting the dining tables to my exact specifications and even helped to greet some of our guests while I was occupied with others. When it came time to begin dinner service, the staff was efficient, unobtrusive while at the same time attentive to our guests needs. No one felt rushed and in fact the staff, without missing a beat, quickly accommodated a late arriving couple. As for the food...A pure visual and gastronomic delight! Each course was presented with considerable attention to detail and the flavors of each dish were outstanding. We continue to receive comments from our guests regarding their dinner experience. Classic Catering provided hors d'oeuvres for a 50th birthday party at our home.  Joseph was very responsive and helpful during the planning process and Denise provided great service at the event.  She arrived early to set-up beautiful displays, and left the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived!  The food was fantastic, we received lots of compliments from our guests.  We'll definitely use Classic Catering again for future event needs. This review is LONG over due. We had our wedding reception back in early March. My wife and I will be forever grateful for choosing them to serve our wedding guests. We hosted the wedding reception at our house and had the ENTIRE backyard setup and ready to rock. Weather played against us that day and it started raining out of nowhere getting everything wet. We had little time to act and Classic Catering's team instantly got to working on a plan B. We had to move the ENTIRE setup to our 3 car garage and driveway with pop ups within an hour before guests started to show up. They took the reigns and just started getting things done. It turned out to be an unforgettable night and of course stopped raining right when everyone showed up. Joe & Millie were fantastic to work with. They were so accommodating to what we asked to have at our wedding (providing chips & salsa during cocktail hour for Cinco de Mayo and putting together our donut bar). The food was fantastic and I loved that they provided my Husband and I with to-go boxes for later. The wedding staff was great as well. We hired Classic for our May 7, 2016 wedding. Joe and Mille were wonderful to work with. We did a tasting with Joe and were SOLD right then and there. We were so very happy with our selection for catering. Not only was the food amazing and the customer service excellent, we received so many good comments from our guests about how great the food and staff were. Thank you Joe & Millie for helping us in our time of need and in such short notice. Classic Catering really came through and the food was INCREDIBLE. We went with the Italian menu and everything was so good. The antipasto spread was to die for with all the traditional Italian meats, cheese, and pickled assortment. For the entree we had the penne pasta vodka & chicken rollitini - AMAZING!!!  And dessert the cannoli cake - delicious!!!!  Our overall experience - outstanding!!! The wait staff were so friendly & helpful, we didn't have to do a thing except visit with our guests. I must admit; to have a baby shower brunch catered seemed both ...like the best idea and also like I was being extravagant. thank goodness I had this wonderful company cater the event ! Food was delicious, wait staff was helpful and professional and sweet, and price was good! For the first time I did not cook for days...spend time worrying if my guests were taken care of...or clean up! I got to pay attention to my daughter and the guests! I changed the plates to prettier disposables , used my own decanters for water and my own glasses to dress it up. First let me say oh my goodness! I have never had chicken at a wedding that wasn't dry! They really know their stuff! They know what to do in order to keep food amazingly delicious when cooking in large quantities. I had the chicken rollitini with asparagus and prociuto (sp?) in the middle with vodka sauce. So delicious. And the specialty iced tea is to die for. The servers were the most hospitable people. And the bartender always had a smile on his face. When we came in he told us the cash bar was almost up, but he reserved some for the wedding party which was very kind of him. Also something happened to the cake and the servers fixed it.

The decor they added to the room was perfect! I didn't even know they were going to do that. Things like birdcages, burlap, little cute signs with sayings at the bar, ... all those little touches. It went with the sort of theme perfectly.

Joe and Millie are a great team. They are from New York and bring the NY personalities with them. Joe can be quite outspoken and go overboard with some of his comments (some I really did not appreciate) but I do understand that is where he comes from and he is just used to that. Millie balances all that out in a lovely way with her motherly and welcoming countenance. Main point: don't let his personality or anything else there push you away, this is an amazing deal with great food that for once, at a large gathering, sat well with me. :) Thanks Classic! More...

I just returned from a wedding weekend in Arizona. Both the wedding dinner and the reception/party, held the following day, were catered by Classic Catering. I was impressed by the quality of the food, and I'm a "foodie". People were lined up for more. The presentation was beautiful and the staff were professional and sincere. Classic Catering did my wedding on 02/21/2015 and it went amazing. Extremely professional and everything turned out just as we had planned it. My wife already gave all 5s for everything from the first call to the last minute of the reception and I have to agree with her 100%. I just don't think she gave justice to the food- that was incredible. From the buffet set up and flow of the line... to the quality and quantity of the food. The food was everything and more that was promised. My husband and I just celebrated our wedding a few weeks ago on 10/10/14. We used Classic Catering and they were incredible! They were extremely professional and wonderful! The food was AMAZING!! All 117 guests enjoyed the food and the wonderful dessert table. Cocktail hour was amazing with the spread of cheeses and cracker and little Italian rice balls (cannot think of the name). This company is amazing and if/when we decided to have another event catered, we would defiantly use this one! I highly recommend them, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Our daughter got engaged in October 2013 and immediately wanted an October 2014 wedding. We ‘interviewed’ quite a few caterers and I have to tell you, we saw some pretty professional people- we also had a jolt of reality. We interviewed caterers that not only charged an arm and leg for a cake- but then added charges to cut it, plate it and provide a fork to eat it!!! Some required us to PAY for the tasting!!! The offices were glorious, the fliers and brochures were professional and very chic- one offered a ‘wedding planner’ that included a bride attendant to follow our daughter around all night to keep her drink full and assist in the bathroom!!! We were in sticker shock for the prices these places changed- for very little food but a lot of frou-frou. When we walked into Joe’s modest office- with the pictures of all the famous people and autographs, we knew we walked into a true family business. His wife Millie was there, and Denise came running by. Joe proudly showed us picture after picture (after picture after picture) of their work!! We ate a meal that left us satisfied till the next day!! Everything was so delicious!! We were sold. Over the course of the next year we touched base occasionally and Joe was so willing to help and guide me -this was our first wedding and when the photographer asked for a timeline I panicked- me Joe provided me a few samples!! Table centerpieces… make Me Joe gave some suggestions! You name it, he was there… the day before the wedding I worried about something else. I called him and he very patiently told me ‘done’! and then kindly told me to ‘relax’ it was under control. And, IT WAS!!! The entire reception went off without a hitch. The tables were set the way I envisioned, the food was delicious, the servers were phenomenal, and the night could not have flowed better. We recently used Classic Catering for my daughters wedding on October 13, 2012. Joe, Millie, and Denise were so much more than we could have asked for. Joe met with us several times and was very patient with our indiciveness. He planned our menu to budget and yet made it above our expectations. We were concerned about the distance of where their business was located in accordance to where the venue was ( approx. 1hour away) in keeping the food hot. Joe assured me the food would be to my liking in every way, and it definately was. The food was FABULOUS, HOT, AND THE GUESTS ALL LOVED IT. I had several guests approach me at the wedding and ask who the caterer was saying how much they enjoyed the food. I still have people telling me everyday how great the food was. At the wedding Denise was there running the show with her assistants. I regret I did not get the name of the gentleman who was with her, as I wasn't told this until after all was said and done, but he himself brought my daughter (the bride) her plate to the table, opened her napkin to set on her lap and placed it, and pushed in her chair for her. Wow, talk about going above and beyond. That was excellent service to say the least. They served the champagne toast, and cut the cake for the guests.
