Five stars isn't enough when it comes to Pam and Marshall!!! They are BEYOND amazing and so VERY friendly!! We were in Fort Wayne 4/27/19 - 5/6/19 without a charger for my power chair. The battery ran out on Sunday and not only did they come to our motel and bring me a charger to charge my chair, they also brought me the Cadillac of manual wheelchairs for me to use to go to my father-in-law's Celebration of Life service. Then, after we got back to our motel, they came back and picked up the charger and chair for a VERY reasonable fee. Thank you both for coming to our rescue!!! You two are AWESOME!!! More...

I had the pleasure of working with this company recently and let me tell you, I am impressed! First of all, the employees that came to transport my patient from the hospital to another facility were honest, genuine, prompt, and smiley. They looked sharp, professional, and presentable (even at 1am) with correlating black athletic brand-attire. (I think everyone should do this). Another specific quality of this company that I experienced personally was communicating to the employee directly on the phone on their whereabouts and if there was a change in time,etc. How reassuring it was to know what was actually going on rather than shrugging my shoulders and just wait for transport to arrive. This company has gone above and beyond by serving not only the patients they are transporting but the people they come in contact with along the way (like myself). This service is so professional and kind. They go the extra mile to make you comfortable and are so patient with all your questions! My mother lost her home in Hurricane Irma and is now living with me. I cannot leave work to transport her to her doctor appointments. A doctor's office told me about them and I am so glad I called.
