Dr. Chad Gaynier and Dr. Sankrant Reddy are very compassionate and knowledgeable. They both have a great bedside manner. My husband sees Chad once a week for therapy to help with his Depression/Anxiety. It definitely makes my husband feel better after every session. And Chad has helped him come to some very useful realizations. Chad is a guy that's nice to talk to, in real life as well as therapy. I transferred to clarity clinic after moving here from Michigan. They made the transition easy and simple. I met with Alyssa and she was very detailed with her questions. I've been a patient at Clarity Clinic since they opened their first location in River North. I am beyond happy with the results, with no interruptions to my mental health for the past few years.  Dr. Mueller inherited me a few months ago after I switched to the loop location due to my work schedule. She is attentive, caring, and informative with what to expect with any med changes etc. The staff and doctors have been constantly terrific throughout the experience. I've seen several practitioners at this practice and have absolutely nothing negative to say. My psychiatrist is a great listener, and has finally found a treatment program perfectly tailored to my needs. I've had problems in the past with psychiatrists and PAs trying to over-prescribe drugs I didn't need, seemingly without concern for my health. This has never been an issue for me here. I had an amazing experience with Clarity Clinic. The lobby of the office is cozy, smells amazing, and is modern and brightly lit, with a very warm, friendly receptionist. I waited maybe 5 minutes from entering the building to seeing my psychiatrist, Dr. Bobak. She was attentive, didn’t rush our session at all, and truly listened to me as she worked to understand my symptoms and struggles. We were able to agree on two new meds and she was very thorough in explaining the “why” behind why she thought these would be best for me. She allowed me to play an active role in deciding which meds might work best based on my past experiences, while guiding my choices and our conversation with a warm, professional tone that made it easy to open up and be honest about what i needed. She provided solid education on the differences between potential meds, and how different meds might interact w my brain chemistry and body. i would recommend clarity clinic in a heartbeat. i had to schedule a month out for an initial appointment, but that’s to be expected around the holidays and for such a quality practice. i made another appointment for a follow up in 3 weeks. I have been a patient of Dr. Prasad for several years now and he has helped me immensely. Clarity Clinic offers an integrated care approach which puts your doctor in contact with many talented therapists. Dr. Prasad worked to find me the right fit with a therapist who I feel is actually giving me useful coping strategies instead of just lending an ear. Dr. Eftekar is great! She is so friendly and helpful. She really takes the time to listen to your concerns and helps find a treatment plan that best suites your needs.
