Q&As

Personal Training can be done in person at my private space or on Zoom.
Life Coaching is done on Zoom.

I am vaccinated.
I only work with vaccinated people in person.
If we are working together in person, I keep the doors & windows open if weather permits.
I wipe down the equipment in-between sessions.

Services

Private training provides you with a program that’s tailored to your abilities, goals and schedule. If you have injuries/pains, we’ll address them and/or work around them. If you want to work on something specific (ie, flexibility, strengthening specific muscles), we’ll focus on that. We’ll discuss what you’re doing when you workout on your own, and I’ll design a program that will help you achieve your specific goals.

Life Coaching focuses on self-development. It does not look to dig deep into your past & fix old problems as therapy does. In Life Coaching, we deal with your present situation & look to make your future better. We work on improving your personal life and professional life by asking questions, exploring your thoughts, and looking at new options. I don't give you answers; I ask you questions and give you tools to help you find your own solutions, feel your best and love your life.

You might have stopped before—for a few weeks or months ("Dry January")—but then got right back into drinking more than you wanted once you started again.

That’s because simply stopping using willpower & denying yourself something you want doesn’t work long-term.

For lasting results, you need to change how you think & feel about alcohol.

I'll teach you tools to help you cut back or stop drinking without feeling deprived.
You will LESSEN YOUR DESIRE FOR ALCOHOL.

Approaching reducing drinking in this way is TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM DOING IT BY USING WILLPOWER. I know this not only from coaching people but as someone who used these tools myself to stop drinking for the past 2.5 years.
