What do you love most about your job?
As Picasso once said -the meaning of life is to find your gift, the purpose of life is to give it away. This is the point in my life where I have learned my gift is to help others navigate their careers because I had struggled with many challenges at a time where coaches were not easily available or affordable. I have left my corporate life and feel a greater sense of fulfillment being a coach to others and seeing how it has impacted them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always wanted to work for myself but as a busy professional and mother in a dual career household, it wasn't the right time in my life. Now that I’m an empty nester- I have more time to focus on my own business and work on things more meaningful to me such as coaching. I truly believe there is a time for everything- we can have it all but maybe not all at the same time. This is my time!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I’ve been there, unlike a lot of coaches! I never saw how I was creating my own roadblocks in my career because I didn't have someone who could advise me along the way. I thought coaching was only for the most senior executives whose companies were willing to pay HUNDREDS of dollars an hour. I want to make coaching more accessible to younger professional/millenials who have a longer runway to work on themselves to achieve their career goals. Additionally, my life’s work has always focused on continuous improvement- personally or professionally. I have the personal experience and skills to help individual contributors, managers, and directors work on how they can achieve a more satisfying career.

Yes I can be 100% online using standard video conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams or Google Meet.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since many of my clients are online, this is not an issue. For local clients, I am flexible to provide options that best makes them feel comfortable.
