Great way to get a full body strength workout in just 20 minutes. In and out and you feel like you just worked out for hours. Trainers terrific and knowledgable as well. I highly recommend for people of any age. More...

Our nine highly professional trainers guide our clients through the whole process. We teach them how to work out hard always within the constraints of safety

Exercise with great intensity and eat a healthy diet. No need for excess cardio.

Being a part of changing peoples lives. Unlike most forms of exercise; we keep strict records. We can measure improvement. It's exciting to see people get better and better.

I was a conventional exercise person; meaning I put hours and hours in every week. When I came across our concept, no one was practicing it in Chicago. Since it was life changing for me (to go from hours and hours to 2 a month) I felt compelled to open a facility

Don't know if there is another place where someone can work out as efficiently and SAFELY as they can at our place. There are no memberships. They can evaluate as they go. All they have to do is two things and they will have great success: Show up 4-8 times a month and work hard.

We follow the city of Chicago guidelines. We require masks...both trainers and clients.
