It took a while to schedule my cleaning since a friend paid for the cleaning as a bday gift. Three months later...I have nothing but rave reviews for Paulina, the woman who did an impeccable job cleaning our house!  She spent 4 hours working hard on our 2000 square foot townhouse. I have never seen our faucets sparkle like they do now.  I don't know how she scrubbed away the grime on our gas stove top that has been there since we moved in 2 years ago...it never looked this good on my previous failed attempts.  Every corner I check has been meticulously cleaned. Now I understand why people use professional home cleaners on a regular basis. It is addicting!  Now I have to figure out how to add the $70-ish (my friend only gave me a rough estimate so I could tip) charge to our monthly budget.  I certainly recommend them...although I've only used them once! A friend referred me to City's Best Cleaning a year or two ago and I have been using them every few weeks when my place needs a good scrubbing.  The woman who handles the scheduling always answers the phone and it's very easy to schedule even just a day or two in advance.  Their pricing is reasonable.They send different people each time, but I am sure I could request someone specific if I saw the need.  Sometimes there is a bit of a language barrier with who they send, but I have never had much trouble with it.  Overall, I'm a happy customer. we've been using city's best cleaning service for about a half a year now. my brother uses them and has had great service, so we started with them. Donna, the woman that answers the calls is very easy to get in touch with and it seems that it is never difficult to get the person I use on a regular basis when I want.
